According to the accuracy of the news, “Seyed Abbas Araqchi,” the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, expressed his views on some international issues including the Arbaeen pilgrimage, the situation in Gaza, and the response to the Zionist regime.
As reported by ISNA, a senior diplomat of the Islamic Republic of Iran, referring to the arrival of the Arbaeen of Imam Hussein (AS), stated: We consider the coincidence of the new government’s start with the arrival of the Arbaeen of Imam Hussein as a good omen, and I also mentioned this in the parliament. I used to participate in the Arbaeen pilgrimage in the past four years, but this year due to the coincidence of this event with the vote of confidence session in the parliament and the initial difficulties of starting work at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, I was not very successful, but our hearts are there.
Araqchi stated, “We consider pursuing the issue of the Arbaeen pilgrimage in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as our duty,” and emphasized: “On Friday, I discussed and negotiated with the Iranian Ambassador in Iraq and the Consulates General in Najaf and Karbala in this regard, and followed up on the issues. They raised some issues as shortages and problems that we agreed to follow up on, but they all agreed that this year’s ceremonies were being carried out with great splendor and there were no significant problems, although there were some minor issues that we are following up on.”

He continued: Friends said that perhaps this year’s procession of Arbaeen has been better and more magnificent than ever. This has nothing to do with this government or that government. The Arbaeen ceremonies are held better every year than the year before, thanks to the presence of millions of people and the inherently popular nature of this pilgrimage.

In this pilgrimage, participants revive the memories of the martyrs of Karbala and their ideals.”
The current situation in Gaza is a crime
The Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran mentioned the issue of genocide in Gaza by the Zionist regime and said, “Today, unfortunately, we are witnessing a kind of Karbala repetition in Gaza. The Zionist regime does not hesitate to commit any crime and has no qualms about killing women, children, and civilians. In the Islamic Consultative Assembly, I also said that the contemporary Shemr (Benjamin Netanyahu, Prime Minister of the Zionist regime) is now committing crimes in Gaza and in a way, Karbala is repeating in Gaza.
Araqchi expressed hope that “all pilgrims of Arbaeen of Imam Hussein, with the sincerity they have, pray for Muslims in Palestine and Gaza, southern Lebanon, and other places,” and said: Insha’Allah, may God help to eradicate Zionism and the Zionist regime in the blessings of the Master of Martyrs (AS).
The actions of the Zionist regime in violating the security and sovereignty of Iran will not go unanswered
The Foreign Minister of Iran also emphasized in his recent negotiations with the Foreign Ministers of Germany, France, and the UK and his emphasis in these telephonic conversations on Iran’s right to punish the Zionist regime following the assassination of “Ismail Haniyeh,” the political bureau chief of Hamas in Tehran: Overall, I say that the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran is based on immutable principles and foundations that are implemented in all administrations and, God willing, will be more effectively implemented in the fourteenth administration.

عراقچی تأکید داشت: هیچگاه جای خالی در از دست دادن استقامت ما نخواهد بود و انتقام در زمان مناسب و به شیوه مناسب از آن خواهد گرفته شد و اصلیت این انتقام مورد شکی نیست.
